A++++ service. I took a small group of special needs students and they were able to provide the accommodations they needed to enjoy their experience. Special shout out to Johnny and Sabrina for all the help and excellent service provided. Will be going again.
I'm not sure why this BWW is rated so low because I just had the best customer service at this location. I went in to place my free 6pc. Wing order since our UCLA Bruins won their game last night vs Colgate. I noticed on my app that I also had a reward for a free 6pc wings if I spent $10 + on the app. The young man @ the Takeout counter graciously tried to help me w/ my app in redeeming this reward but we were unsuccessful. The manager came and kindly just comped it for me since it would not go through. As I waited for my order, they even came to ask if I would like a beverage. That was such a nice gesture, even though I declined. The restaurant was not too busy but there were several parties of people dining and others walking into the bar to dine and/drink. Thank you for great customer service!
BWW is upping its game. Post Covid BWW is ready to make a change by switching up the menu and happy hour hours. Happy hour is now from 4-7 Monday- Friday and 10pm to close every day. I've attached the new menu pics for all to see. I like the better hours and the addition of the 56oz pitcher for $12 !!! The latest food special allows 6 great items for 19.99 and it includes a drink...WOW !!! This not only includes wings it also includes a burger or a chicken sandwich. The food here is consistent. Amanda provided great service and parking is ample. There are plenty TV's to watch a game or 4. They also play music which sets a great vibe and sports bar feel. Unfortunately, the 1/2 price apps does not include ALL apps, only specific ones. Sadly, my server from two days prior told me it included ALL apps. Per the menu only the sampler is not included in the 1/2 price special. Minus one star for the mis information.
Haven't been here in a while and decided to come in and see how things are. Their burgers and fries were amazing. We loved our appetizers and drinks as well. Plenty of parking and close to the freeway. The food was definitely better than in the past but their wings are still not worth the price.
